Rally for Veterans Saturday, June 7 Noon to 2:00 p.m. We will be rallying from the corner of US Hwy 20 and US Hwy 101 to Newport City Hall.
The Central Area Democrats invite you to join the 2nd Friday get together every month. Have a drink and a bite to eat while you visit with like minded people. We meet at Myril Eatery and Wine Bar, located in the Embarcadero Resort 1000 SE Bay Blvd, Newport, 5pm-7pm. We look forward to meeting you!

No Kings Rally Saturday June 14 Noon to 2:00 p.m. We will be rallying from the corner of US Hwy 20 and US Hwy 101 to Newport City Hall. If an agitator becomes threatening please remember: Avoid Engagement - with agitators and counter protesters Stay Calm - speak slowly and do not raise your voice Do not use body language or gestures that provoke the agitator further Do not get within two arms length of the person Use buddy system to ensure no one is isolated Identity safe exits or escape routes Take video or photos if possible and share them with us and with local authorities. -- Peaceful protest should be exactly that. Peaceful. Stay Safe
